7. The first impressions ware favourable: we walked into a cozy little lobby and received a warm welcome from the reception staff, were dealt with very efficiently and made our way to our room (room 700).

9. Position was excellent, not in the thick of it but about a 15 minute walk from the city centre/BART stations and just a short walk from cable cars and buses that can take you where you want to go - just ask the staff, they know the best way to get to places.
