1. We used the valet parking one night and that was the only snafu; there was a problem about the correct fee but, again, the desk staff (not the valet) was extremely helpful in straightening it out.

5. Truly, the best thing about the hotel was the staff--the valet guys were great, the front desk was helpful and friendly, the lifeguard was attentive, but the best staff members were the concierge gentlemen.

7. Got 1 night stay, valet service and 2 tickets to the SOLD OUT Buddy Guy show at his place Legends which is a short walk from the hotel.

8. The only upside to staying here was the nice pool they had and the friendliness of the valet team and the bus driver that drove my kids and I to the Hancock Center.
