4. When I arrived I found out that you can't even park at the hotel unless you use their valet parking which is $41 a day.

10. I should also mention that the price is very reasonable for Michigan Ave, location is pretty good and the valet parking is cheap ($30 with in/out privilages) compared to other hotels.
