3. In terms of the hotel itself, while the lobby and common areas were very nice (decent gym, nice indoor pool with nice outdoor patio area), the rooms themselves were clearly old and refurbished.

5. Rooms: I was pretty impressed with the room when I first walked in, very modern, had a decent size flat screen tv with tons of channels (Though you had to ask for a channel key down in the lobby) can't complain about the cleanliness of the room.

We spent 5 nights in August and the hotel was very nice, it was in a great location near public transportation which we used every day also the pool was very nice, I thought the hotel restaurant was a little over priced and it would have been nice if they had complementary coffee and donuts in the lobby for hotel guests, but over all we enjoyed our stay.
