4. Although, by rule, the hotel is right charging me a nights stay, but I guess what bothers me more is the smug attitude and careless response I got from reservations as well as the hotel manager.

5. I have 3 small children and from the time I met the General Manager, Andy, in the lobby of the hotel to the time we checked out, we were treated to service far above the price of the room.

7. The manager even yelled at us for closing the door that the waitress had propped open for me because I was a bit warm upon arriving for breakfast with my family after I cooled off and we overheard two elderly patrons complaining of being cold.
