The Hotel had a good location opposite Grant Park and 10 mins walk to Millenium Park and the Magnificent Mile (Shopping Area), apart from that we thought the Hotel Staff could have been a bit more Helpful, and the Hotel Barman was a bit too interested in the Sport on TV than serving Customers, however the Room was Clean and Towels Changed Daily.
