1. A bonus was the coin operated laundry facility, which really helped us out - and a very popular service among all guests judging by the number of people wanting to use it (though having one of the two washing machines and one of the two driers out of action wasn't helpful!).

4. We used the shuttle service a few times with great success but it was inconvenient to find a taxi back from a few places.

5. We even called down for a wine key, as we remembered to bring the wine but forgot something to open it with, and the service representative opened the bottle for us and said he would be happy to come back if we needed anything additional.

10. We booked this hotel through our travel agent in Australia and were very impressed with the price, convenient location to tourist attractions and the cleanliness and service was fantastic.
