1. I tried when I checked in to get a new set of bedding and towels to no avail.

Here are my feelings:Pros-Great Location- 7 minute walk to Magnificent Mile shopping and good location to other popular spotsRooms are roomy for a big city locationRooms are nicely appointed, the beds are comfortable and the AC system works without making loud noises which I am finding at alot of hotelsBathroom is very nice and towels are very luxuriousBig HDTVValets are very helpful with getting you a cabRooms arent boxy and are a bit unique.

8. Here`s the ones I can remember now:- hairdryer not in room when arrived late at night, had to request and then wait up for it to be delivered- room serviced 2x/day - of course, every day except for the one when I had showered later in the day and wished for fresh towels.

9. I have stayed at plenty of Renaissance hotels but this one washes its sheets and towels in a scented fabric softener, to which I am allergic.
