4. Our room, 2504, was extra spacious and had a suite-like feel: king bed, sofa, desk, two floor-to-ceiling windows with partial views of the Lake, as well as a large bathroom with Aveda amenities.

5. You can basically walk anywhere in The Loop from this hotel-- Michigan Avenue and Magnificent Mile are just a couple of blocks away, and there's an 'L' station (State/Lake) right around the corner.
