Some examples: I requested a additional bath towel which was delivered while I was out but housekeeping took out all hand towels without replacing them--a call was necessary to get a hand towel; room service breakfast arrived without any eating utensils--it took 2 calls to get utensils delivered--the food had cooled by the time room service did what it should have done in the first place; and, I had a restaurant charge on my bills which I never incurred--although the front desk did remove it without question.

9. The concierge level bar/continental breakfast and snacks are only open on weekdays to cater to business travelers, but was nice when it was open (as always they charge for booze at marriott concierge levels) The rooms are standard Marriott/Renaissance.
