1. While the location is excellent and the checkin areas is trendy and upscale, service is substandard, single rooms are very small and this hotel will squeeze out every penny where hey can.

3. The hotel and rooms were very clean and the location was amazing,literally a 5 min walk to Central Park and a 15 minute walk to Time Square and right opposite the Lincoln Centre,we stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and if we come back to New York we would like to stay here again.

6. The location is of course superb, with walking distance to many interesting spots on west side and central park etc. The ambient atmosphere in the lobby is very nice, with some sort of african safari evening theme ( I thought that was cool, as a metaphor for the urban jungle outside the door).

9. I've never had breakfast here but the room services is more than adequate but why stay in when your in such a great location and this hotel is fantastic value for it's location.
