1. First impression was great - the hotel was cute and check in was quick and efficient, with friendly service.

3. Everything was perfect (and I don't use that word often); Friendly and helpful staff, great continental breakfast (more food and variety than I was expecting), my room was always clean and fast check-in and check-out.

4. We had gotten a Trip Advisor Special which included a Continental Breakfast but did not get any coupons at check-in, so recommend you clarify this on check-in.
