1. Great spot - not too far from major attractions but a 'quieter' spot away from Times Square, etc. This meant that restaurants near here weren't as busy - Westside restaurant on Columbus Ave was excellent for both dinner and breakfast.

5. We headed to Ed's Chowder House for dinner (which has an amazing raw bar and an extensive wine list) and then to the Rooftop in the evening for cocktails and sat in front of a cozy fireplace.
