1. Internet was not complimentary either, and they had no substitutions for the feather pillows & bedding that we were horribly allergic to.

2. I'm a member of ambassador and was supposed to get complimentary Internet, but this hotel did charge (other intercontinental hotels are complimentary to ambassador member).

3. If you can swing it, I highly recommend upgrading your room to the 'club level' as it provides access to complimentary tea (we went more for the champagne than the tea), happy hour, and breakfast.

Executive room: Offers a complimentary breakfast with cooked items (tacos stuffed with scrambled eggs), coffee and soft drinks through the day, cookies in the afternoon, warm and cold snacks and a well-stocked full bar after 6 p.m. Service was sometimes slow in the club room, but after calling they replaced all empty items.
