1. So again I had to call the front desk and go line item through the bill to make sure that each charge was reasonable and to get the parking which was promised to me removed.

9. Went down and talked to the same German "its policy" lady and she says she will take off the bill, how about not charging me up front and fixing it after I catch you loading my bill with bogus fees.
