7. Very nice rooms, with a good restaurant (Roaring Fork) and adjoining wine bar downstairs, and also a balcony bar upstairs as well.

9. During a future visit, I hope to have enough time to sit for ahwile longer on the outdoor balcony in the 2d floor lounge and enjoy watching the ongoing parade of diverse characters that makes Downtown Austin truly unique.
