1. I'm a member of ambassador and was supposed to get complimentary Internet, but this hotel did charge (other intercontinental hotels are complimentary to ambassador member).

3. I know this is expected at downtown hotels that do provide you with the convenice of being within walking distance of almost any downtown destination (thus saving you the hassle of finding and paying for a parking place), but $28 a night is pretty steep, especially considering that my freeway motel, with a spacious room, free breakfast, and free internet, has a $0 parking charge.

5. The hospitality bar charges the usual exorbitant prices for snacks, and be careful since I stored some drinks that I purchased the automated system charged me for putting something in the hospitality bar fridge,,, of course at check out I explained and they took off the charge.
