1. Easy check-in, centrally located and walking distance to most Austin, large rooms, tired carpet but clean, wifi not free, very comfortable beds, curtains which block all light when needed, thick walls (can't hear neighbors), individually adjustable HVAC, great/helpful concierge.

9. The Stephen F Austin hotel is right in the middle of all the action on 6th street and a great place that once you check in you can either walk or take a cab to anywhere.
