2. I had to make a phone call to luxury suiteds every time I needed something but after 4pm - good luck getting it.

3. This place is a nightmare!booking was made through Luxury Suites (not so luxurious at all- it turns out the Ala Moana don't even own the room I booked, shame on you Agoda.

4. In the end I complained to the VIP manager of Luxury suites and happily refunded the first night - still have the horror story though.

5. Depending on your individual needs, the hotel may suite perfectly, however, we are heading back in 3 days to spend nearly 2 weeks w/the same client & have asked to stay elsewhere primarily because of the lack of connecting rooms & no wi-fi in the rooms issue.
