Good: Location near the Mall; bathrooms seem new-ish, good fridge and microwave; 2 self serve laundromats (if a little pricy compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip)Bad: Attitude of staff (never ever got a greeting from any of the bellhops or front doormen); long queues to check in and out; bad plumbing in bathroom (have seen this in other reviews) - the bath does not drain so it's kind of gross showering in your own dirty water that is accumulating and not going down the plug hole; housekeeping is lackadaisical at best (one day our bathroom got wiped down but bed was never made!); not all the gym equipment was working.
