3. Like: Convenience of going to/from Ala Moana Shopping Center, self-serve parking, comfortable beds and pillows, great shower, and quiet room, nice minimalist lobby, beautiful Christmas trees throughout the hotel and its location.

10. The next year they couldn't because they already had the room booked, but they held our bags at the bell desk all day and when we returned from our day at the beach, they offered us 30 minutes in a Kona tower room where we were able to shower and change for our flight back.
