1. That is my only grumble - unless you count the fact that the pillows are big and chunky, but that's not particular to the Ala Moana as I find most hotel pillows super uncomfortable for sleeping.

4. Like: Convenience of going to/from Ala Moana Shopping Center, self-serve parking, comfortable beds and pillows, great shower, and quiet room, nice minimalist lobby, beautiful Christmas trees throughout the hotel and its location.

9. There were 2 double beds, comfortable (although the pillows were on the thick side which I find a tad bit uncomfy, but that's my personal preference).

10. Beds are not the greatest (I'm a hotel bed snob, I'll admit!) but they are not the worst I've slept on-getting rid of the ugly old green flowered bedspread for the duration helped, as did bringing my own pillow.
