2. Don't expect great views of the skylines from here but you will be assured of a spotless room at the edge of vibrant Times Square.

3. My only complaint relates to the noise generated by the massive air-conditioning units mounted on rooftops close to our (rear-view) window--but this is typical of New York and not a big deal.

4. On being shown our room I was ever so slightly disappointed but only because the view wasn't that of Times Square, but of an inner area with a fire escape.

8. The television was against the left wall and not on the wall facing the bed so could not be viewed comfortably.

9. Negatives include no soda/vending/ice machines, a window A/C unit (which worked just fine I might add) but not very sightly, and, if you`re facing the back of the hotel, quite an unpleasant view.

10. We had a room facing the interior of the building (not a good view), but it was totally insulated from the noise outside.
