1. Hotel was fairly quiet, you can hear noise outside but we took earplugs so it wasn't a problem.

This is an excellent hotel, staff very efficient and friendly, great position, only one problem, we were on the second floor and the noise from the street is horrendous, deliveries to the building across the road continue the whole night, make sure you you are as high as possible and do not face onto 43rd street.

7. It looked onto the rear of the building, and I can't say we were particularly bothered with any noise - any noise we did hear was to be expected, it is after all New York City, not the middle of the country side.
