Super-clean, great amenities, big flat-screen TV in our room,, big, comfortable room, great bathroom with huge shower head, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, steps from Time Square & subway, but quiet and away from crowds and lights, plenty of towels, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, WiFi, hair dryer, iron, very good, varied and plentiful breakfast, fresh coffee, fresh fruit, wine and cheese in the afternoon---everything you can think of is provided at the Casablanca.

3. We stayed 7 nights, room 610, standard room, New York style not to big, but nice bathroom, very good douche and hot water, wide shower curtain, no wet floor, 37 inch flat screen, everyday clean towels, linen, room spotless, on the backside, very quiet.

7. The location is fantastic-- steps to Times Square, easy walk to Rockefeller Center, Central Park, etc. The hotel was lovely-- very nicely furnished, nice linens, very nice bathroom, soft fluffy towels ( unlike the sand paper towels you often get other places) & super clean.

8. In particular, Rafainha (not sure of spelling) was an absolute star, she was a friendly face in Ricks bar at the Cheese and Wine reception, always smiling and being very pleasant to everyone then going round later handing out extra towels later in the day - she really is a credit to the hotel.
