6. After reading alot of reviews on here all I can say is a big thankyou to all who wrote about this FANTASTIC hotel, from the moment you walk through the door to check in you are made to feel welcome and nothing and I do mean nothing is ever to much trouble for any of the staff.

8. We arrived 2 hours prior to check in time but were offered to relax in the lobby area (rick's bar) which was lovely and had complimentary snacks,coffee,etc while we waited for our room to become available.

10. Secure entrance (unlike some larger hotels where anyone can wander in and out), fast check in and check out, good quality fixtures, wonderful calm atmosphere, central location for T SQ evenings (hotel well sound proofed) and very useful well stocked Rick's cafe for regrouping in the evening.
