1. Very friendly staff, all day complimentary tea and coffee, pastries etc. Free wine and cheese in the evenings, WiFi in all the rooms and public areas, the personal touches made a really pleasant change to the usual big city hotels.

The wifi is complimentary, there are two bottles of water in the room (and you don't have to pay $6 per bottle for them, the way I've seen at other properties), there's a free continental breakfast and a wine and cheese reception, and their snack room (Rick's Cafe) is open 24/7 with cookies and other refreshments.

5. Our room was lovely (Premium King) with all the facilities you may need - iron/board, hairdryer, large flat screen TV, DVD player (large DVD library to choose from), alarm clock/ipod speakers, lovely King size bed, amazing shower with never ending supply of hot water, and free wifi.

9. Pastries, fruits, snacks, hard boiled eggs, breads etc. There is Free WiFi in the Hotel and Free Cable Internet connection in your room just in case WiFi is acting up.
