From the word go, we had friendly staff, lovely clean and comfortable room (small but believe that's the way it is in NY), great breakfasts and complimentary wine and cheese every day in Ricks on 2nd floor, great room service and staff all over the hotel who really want to make a difference and cover off your every need and request.

6. Tony's Di Napoli Italian Restaurant (room service available) is next door, and also the BXL Belgian Cafe (next to Tony's) were both EXCELLENT places to dine and hang-out.

8. Room service is second to none, the ladies are really particular when it comes to cleaning your rooms, we left $5 a day for them, normally we only leave $3 a day were we stay but these ladies are worth the extra, you even get a turn down service early evening.
