It took several tries to get a room with a decent view (I was offered two on a lower level looking out at a roof) and I must say 'Lee' could not have been more helpful in this effort, but I was later told by room service that the hotel was slow and only at 50% capacity, so I'm not sure why this should have been so difficult.
