1. Overall will probably stay here again, especially if room rate is good (we had a group rate).

If you do not need to make any special request or need to contact the hotel directly by email and is fine with slightly rundown rooms, you probably will find this hotel acceptable (only if it is at a highly discounted weekend rate) The main reason why we chose this place is that it is one of the few hotels really close to The Galleria.

4. after which it is a 6-9 am breakfast, then catering again 5-10 pm for nibbles and honor bar (pay for your own drinks) unlike Intercontinental which is all complimentary all day/all week and a much better room rate.

9. I have read some other reviews where guests have paid $400 - I paid nowhere near that and I am not sure if I would justify it as a $400 hotel, but it is very nice and if I were able to get a similar rate that I received on this trip, I would stay there again.
