1. I can often overlook the accommodations like the tiniest toilet/tub/shower combo, and small pool, but great customer service can be found anywhere, no matter what category of hotel.

4. When we arrived with lots of luggage, the bellman refused to allow us to use a luggage cart until we were checked in, so we had to haul 14 suitcases and 6 carrier tubs through the lobby.
