1. An overall ok hotel in a convenient location (walking distance to Galleria and local shopping / restaurants) but rooms are rather dated (although do have flat screens) and bathrooms are small and tired looking (tiny bathroom, shower curtain in bath and no shower power or very hot water,).

2. this hotel was higly rated so I was really disappointed on the whole, including lobby (very unimpressive) quality of the room furnishings, bath, you name it, other than the bed which was very comfortable with good sheets and the flat screen TV which was a good touch.
