1. I liked the sink being in a separate area from the bathroom; it allows one person to shower, while someone else can blow dry their hair, brush their teeth, etc. There was some noise in the hotel, mysterious bumps and bangs that could be heard in the room, not too loud.

2. I can often overlook the accommodations like the tiniest toilet/tub/shower combo, and small pool, but great customer service can be found anywhere, no matter what category of hotel.

3. An overall ok hotel in a convenient location (walking distance to Galleria and local shopping / restaurants) but rooms are rather dated (although do have flat screens) and bathrooms are small and tired looking (tiny bathroom, shower curtain in bath and no shower power or very hot water,).

4. The showers may need a bit of updating (they didn't look modern like the other marriotts i've stayed in), but the beds were the wonderful comfortable beds that I've come to expect.

6. When I arrived in the room, I noticed the bed linens looked as if someone had sat on the bed and soap in the sink and shower were opened from their wrapper and appeared used.
