came up and let me into the room immediately with a master key, then within 10 more minutes delivered my new room keys (which worked this time).

To my surprise, about 20 minutes later room service was at my door with some chocolates and a cheese plate sent up from the

with a hand-written note to apologize for my inconvenience - I thought that was quite nice and not expected.
