7. I liked the sink being in a separate area from the bathroom; it allows one person to shower, while someone else can blow dry their hair, brush their teeth, etc. There was some noise in the hotel, mysterious bumps and bangs that could be heard in the room, not too loud.

8. I can often overlook the accommodations like the tiniest toilet/tub/shower combo, and small pool, but great customer service can be found anywhere, no matter what category of hotel.

9. An overall ok hotel in a convenient location (walking distance to Galleria and local shopping / restaurants) but rooms are rather dated (although do have flat screens) and bathrooms are small and tired looking (tiny bathroom, shower curtain in bath and no shower power or very hot water,).
