1. The hotel had an option to opt out of cleaning your room and they would give you a 5 dollar voucher, the only downfall was they only gave you two towels which made it hard to use opt out of room cleaning more than 1 day.

4. One more negative: pool towel desk - closed at 5pm - longer hours would be nice instead of trekking back to the front desk to get fresh towels for our excursions the next morning.

6. We had a late flight so asked for a place to change after using the pool area for the day, we were given the keys to a room which was filthy, piles of dirty towels were in the room and no clean ones were given to us, it was pretty gross.

7. They have an eco-friendly project for linens and hand towels (you can choose to have them changed or not), but not for the bath towels or plastic drinking cups, which was disappointing.

8. We also noted after rain storms that the drainage for this hotel is pretty deficient- lots of pools of water lying around after the storm that were not draining properly- staff had to roll up towels and barricade some areas to safeguard them from more water damage.
