When we went back to front desk to ask about our choices for a paid upgrade (we weren't looking for a free deal), we were snottily told that there were suites but non clean, and that the housekeepers were gone for the day, and our choices were to stay in the room we had been given and do a move the next day, or we could leave and pay the 72 hour cancellation fee (but, again with all the attitude of a Spago's concierge to the Beverley Hillbillies, they doubted we could find anything better).
