1. We stayed here for a week and although we had a great time, we didn't enjoy this hotel as much as the Outrigger in Poipu for the following reasons:Hidden costs - you have to pay a resort fee of $25/day which you have no choice to opt out of, unless you don't have a car.

3. It cost a lot for a trip to Hawaii and I wanted my husband and I to have a fantastic trip and I was really worried about the quality of the hotel.

4. On the plus side - We were given a room overlooking the pool which was very noisy with kids till late at night, and when we complained after the first night we were moved to a quieter room with a partial sea view at no extra cost.

7. We bought a cheap package ($1500 Canadian each, from Vancouver) that included our flight, 5 nights at the Sheraton, and a rental car (without insurance --- be advised, insurance for 5 days cost $302 American).
