1. The housekeeping staff were very good though, my room was very clean and the spa attendants were very nice and we enjoyed our spa treatments.

9. We had no problems with housekeeping or the restaurant, but in reading some of the reviews, i would encourage people to eat outside the hotel they are staying in, it's the only way to capture the Aloha spirit.
