1. The room was pretty typical of Holiday Inns in terms of size and comfort, with a rather noisy airconditioner that we mostly turned off - wouldn't like to try sleeping later in the summer.

2. The one thing I would say was that our room seemed to be in need of a good thorough cleaning, the carpets were grey looking but I think this could have been remedied with a good shampooing.

5. Overall, I continue to utilize this hotel for my buisness trips to San Antonio becasue Ms Wall and the rest of the staff sincerely care about the hotel's guests and the rooms are comfortable.
