4. They did forget to clean our room one night (not sure how that happened) and the manager called right back to our room and apologized and offered us a free dinner for the next day, which was fine.

6. We went back to our hotel where a wonderful staff member cleaning the outside porch area caught up with the Manager of the hotel and asked her to drive us to market square so we could do shopping and have some dinner.
