1. (Other hotels in this area charge between $20 and $30 a day for parking!) The location is decent - it is only a two block walk to the Market Square area and about a 10-15 minute walk to the heart of the Riverwalk.

2. Although she looks young and inexperienced she took charge, notifed the city and put her staff to check elevators and etc. She did an amazing job staying in the lobby and keeping guests informed.

3. I appreciate the lovely live oak trees on the property anf ample free parking; this city seems to charge for every foot of curb space, even evenings and weekends.

4. You can park in a city garage by those attractions for only $8, which is a fraction of what some of the hotels in the core of downtown charge.

AFTER Reading all the bad reviews I was very happy, We got our room from priceline everyone was great,they provided a microwave fridge androll away bed on request, the matress works better on the floor than the springs, no extra charge, it is quitea walk to the river walk, had no problem with the hotel or service, We A RE Very PLEASED,PS DONT ORDER THE PIZZA FROM THE FLYERS UNDER THE DOOR.
