1. When I have encountered this issue before, hotels have set up continental buffets, often complimentary, in other areas, but this Holiday Inn had done nothing.

10. So we came back at 4:15 and had to wait until 5:00pm, so we wondered over to the Make shift bar they had open (because the real bar isn't finished yet) and ordered a drink, which was complimentary after we complained about having to wait so long for our room.
