1. Spend your money better and stay at the Riverwalk.

2. Saved money which was nice, but trade-off was that to get to the main attractions of the Riverwalk you must take the trolley (trolley stop is short distance from hotel and runs every 15 minutes or so) or be prepared to walk quite a distance.

4. If you are looking to save a little bit of money and still be fairly close to all of the action, then I would definitely recommend this place.

The restaurant manager (older gentleman) had a pretty bad cough but continued to work around the breakfast foods and cough into his hands and not stop to wash/disinfect before returning to collect money at the register, seat customers, hand out menus, etc. (Then he'd go right back to the counter and the breakfast food area).
