Positives: Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the tower rooms have a jacuzzi bathtub that is unlike any other in downtown disney ~ this is soooo amazing after a long day at the parkNegatives: Outdated and could stay at nicer places for the same price If they update this hotel it could be right up there with the hilton/buena vista palace because of the amazing bath tub.

8. made it to the hotel earlier then check in time had 2 babies with me the staff was kind enough to check us in, the room was beautiful and very clean what ever i needed the staff made sure we receive, the hotel staff were very kind and courteous the bus transportation was nice and ride was smooth sailing, when i return next year will be sure to pick this hotel again.
