4. I have no problem if there is going to be someone representing a property in the lobby, but it's pretty shady when every time you walk by the concierge desk someone shouts 'Do you want a free $100' as if they were selling fake designer bags on the streets of New York.

10. To try to shorten this up for you, the concierge was a complete B$%#!, and we had to fake an accent to get her to give us the phone number to the restaurant where she had allegedly made a reservation for us because she was unwilling to call back to see about an earlier time.
