1. Problems: room not clean; bathroom loaded with mold; bathroom ventilation does not exhaust--it blows back into the room; HVAC only blows cold, no heat--turned it off; highway noise excessive without HVAC running; in-room safe not functional; no ice machine above the 11th floor; bathroom light fixture caused GFCI circuit to pop; corriders look very tired; balcony is not accessible--possibly due to safety concerns; food quality was variable; bed linen constantly falls off the bed.
