1. When we asked for extra towels, the staff were quickly responsive.

2. We spent 8 days & 7 nights there and every single day the staff changed out 100% of all our sheets, pillow cases, trash liners, and towels and cleaned the whole room completely without disturbing our belongings.

We had a massive room with a view of Downtown Disney (you can walk to Downtown Disney in under 10mins) the bedroom was clean and had everything we need, the bathroom was great with a lovely bath and a big walk in shower, the maid gave us fresh towels every day and the bed was always made however it didnt seem that they hoovered or changed the sheets in our 2 week stay but other than that we was very happy with the quality of the room we had.
