We stayed a week ago, and I have to say that it was a TERRIBLE experience, 1st when we got there the receptionist at the front desk didn't even ask my boyfriend for his id during the check in, he ask the receptionist for a bellman to help us with our luggage and he looked at him and said: Cant you do it yourself.

10. This place was like and upscale hotel from the courteous check-in, to the splendid room with a plush bed and large bathroom to the free shuttles (every half-hour) to Disney.
