3. i cannot finish this review without a mention for rashid the night manager he was superb,very polite and would always give you advise if you asked,he would always recommend places to eat if you asked (thankyou)to sum this review up yes it does need a bit of renevation doing,but it is very clean and in a perfect location.

5. The first night we stayed I forgot to bring some personal items and the gift shop was closed at around 2am, but I was so impressed and please that the night manager and cleaning guy did their best and provide what we need,thats beyond my expectations.

6. but other than that the staff are great have made some great friends raymond christian and joan need a medal made my daughters days for the whole stay so friendly and the night manager we met and spoke to bout our complaint said if we had mentioned earlier he would have sorted for us but it was our last night so we didnt bother .

8. Loud, excessively oblivious that others were trying to sleep, etc. Called the night manager 2 times before a manager came up to break it up, finally quiet around 12:15am.
